A stainless steel meat slicer designed for processing meat in restaurant kitchens. It can slice, cut into strips, angle, shred, and produce thick slices of meat. The machine has a top feeding mechanism and a bottom output, allowing for a two-step processing. In the first step, it slices the meat into sheets (or strips), and in the second step, it can produce dices, allowing multiple slices to be cut at once. The machine has a stable and durable blade table.
It is commonly used for processing pork, lamb, beef, chicken, duck, ham, fried chicken, and other boneless meat ingredients.
