Q2. Are there available stocks of food machinery in the warehouse?
There is a large inventory in the warehouse, with the main machinery sourced from factories in Mainland China and Taiwan. There are certain procedures after purchase. If machinery is available on-site, it will be prioritized for shipping to avoid customer wait times. However, for custom specifications, requiring size adjustments, the shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks. For more specific requirements, please get in touch.
Q3. Services within the warranty period
The warranty is valid for one year and only covers the main body of the machinery. Goods accessories, attachments, or other consumable parts are not within the warranty scope.
Q4. Do you provide machinery-related repair services?
We suggest bringing the machine to our repair center. After a quotation, you can decide whether to proceed with the repair. Alternatively, you can inform us directly about the issues with your machinery, and we can assist in handling the problem together.
Q5. Does the company offer the purchase of machinery spare parts?
We provide original factory-replaceable spare parts for customers' convenience in simple self-replacement or repair.
